Already considered one of the most magnetic live acts in electronic music, Australian trio RÜFÜS DU SOL, composed of members Tyrone Lindqvist, Jon George, and James Hunt, are emerging from a year of solitude with their fourth full length album, bolstered by the first single ‘Alive,’ an emotional, melodic dance record that serves as a strident assertion of appreciating life in the face of difficult times.

Born and bred in Brooklyn, New York but with roots in Vancouver, Canada, the history of Bob Moses is as curious as the cool house music duo's name. Members Jimmy Vallance and Tom Howie felt musically stuck and hungered for something new, a problem solved by the simple union of their styles, which created something cool and decidedly "post-club."

Singer-songwriter and electronic music producer. To many that might sound like two very different aspects of modern sound culture - which in turn makes Monolink a fascinating character, because he's both rolled into one. His style seamlessly connects the narrative structure of a song with the compelling forward thrust of electronic rhythms. Guitar chords merge into synthetic pad sounds, hypnotic bass vibrations meet emotional vocal parts, passionate physicality meets sublime stimulation for the mind.

A consistently inventive outfit, WhoMadeWho use their pedigrees in rock, jazz, experimental music, and dance to keep their music fresh.

When the Danish trio emerged in the mid-2000s, their fusion of punk, funk, and disco on releases like 2005's WhoMadeWho was in line with the indie-meets-dance trends of the time.

As the years passed, however, their drive to innovate set them apart from many of the groups from that era. On 2009's The Plot, they added prog and surf rock to their eclectic array of influences, while the companion albums Knee Deep (2011) and Brighter (2012) showcased the breadth of their emotional range.

Later in the 2010s, the band balanced albums of song-oriented pop such as 2014's Dreams with mix albums for esteemed dance labels like Get Physical.

By the time of 2020's Synchronicity, WhoMadeWho had created a space between the club and indie scenes that was entirely their own.

Jan's early live concert performances in the 90’s were a fusion of punk, hardcore, britpop and rock and roll.

But his music was growing with the times as he was inspired by the increasing and diverse use and experimentation of electronic instruments and noise in the then-modern radio and club music.

Lee Burridge, who helped launch the underground club scene in Hong Kong during the early 1990s, is renowned for his storytelling musical style in his DJ sets as well as for his energy and enthusiasm in the DJ booth, his style encompasses the deeper and groovier end of house and techno.

Over the last years, Adam landed a string of much noticed releases on different labels, be it on Keinemusik, his Berlin-based label-mainstay or imprints like Freerange, Pets, Cocoon, Moon Harbour, etc.

It was tunes that immediately brought worldwide attention to his name. But then, instead of doing the obvious, getting a management, meeting demands, playing those big stages, delivering the hits, Adam once again did what felt best for him.

Maintaining artistic integrity, releasing records that reflect where his love for music is at in one moment, not knowing where it might be on the very next release, and keeping DJ-sets not only interesting for a crowd, but also himself. That’s where he is at right now.

Not content with occupying the crowded lane of dreamy electronic pop, Amy and Josh set out to create a live show built around the twin pillars of tension and euphoria. It was this live show that caught the attention of Australian electronic heavyweights RÜFÜS DU SOL.

After seeing Lastlings perform live, RÜFÜS’ signed the duo to their newly founded label Rose Avenue.
