Mira

Born in East Germany to a photographer and classical musician, Mira began DJing in 1996 and quickly became a key figure in the underground techno scene of Leipzig and Halle/Saale. After moving to Berlin in 2006, Mira became a defining presence in Berlin’s electronic music landscape, notably at Bar25. Her sets, characterized by deep, soulful grooves, became iconic at venues like Kater Blau. Mira’s yearly birthday event ‘Katzen Tanzen auf’m Tisch’ is renowned, and she also collaborates with Christopher Schwarzwälder, with whom she has released several chart-topping tracks.
