Jan Blomqvist

From his early grunge days to becoming a Berlin-based electronic artist, Jan Blomqvist has redefined the live performance experience. Known for blending live instruments with electronic music, he has performed globally at Coachella, Burning Man, and countless festivals. His ability to create emotive, melodic techno has captivated audiences in venues with up to 100 shows per year. In 2024, he launched his label Disconnected, driven by a vision to merge deep house, melodic electro, and dreamy vocals with the energy of live concerts. Blomqvist's music explores themes of disconnection in a hyper-connected world, and his debut single on the label, “Destination Lost,” with Rodriguez Jr., reflects this vision. His live band setup and new album promise to continue his dynamic journey.
